      how much backlinks should i build in a day to get PR 3 in 3 months?

      Social Bookmarking is great but most have no-follow tags so it will not help your PageRank. With that said Social Bookmarks are becoming a bigger part of ranking. As for getting PageRank look for high quality do-follow links and your PageRank will go; up 3 is not to hard to get. But google only updates it’s PR a few times a year and it is not on a schedule so it would be hard to say in 3 months exactly.
